In a perfect world we’d all have an hour a day, all to ourselves, to get in a run, workout, or get to the driving range. Whatever your passion may be, finding the time to take care of your fitness goals and needs can be hard to come by.
Everything that needs to be done throughout the work week can leave you cramming all of your fitness and activities into the weekend. This can lead to an injury from going too big on the weekend and not getting the proper amount of exercise during the week.
At iMove PT, we understand that this is an unavoidable part of life. As they say, “You gotta do what you gotta do.” For the Weekend Warriors that find themselves with aching back, or your plantar fasciitis is flared up again after your active weekend, we can help!
